Refund and Cancellation Policy
At AristoWood Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products to our customers. Because our items are made to order and require a lead time of 1–4 months, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.


1. Preorders and Payment Terms
All orders are prepaid and placed on a made-to-order basis.
Production will commence only after full payment is received.
Estimated delivery timeframe is 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.


2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order for a full refund.
After 7 days, the order is considered confirmed and non-cancellable, as materials and production may already be in process.


3. Refunds
We are committed to meeting our promised timeframes. However, if we fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe plus an additional 4 weeks, without a reasonable explanation, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Reasonable causes may include:
• Supply chain disruptions
• Acts of nature or emergency
• Custom changes requested by you
• Other unforeseen but justifiable circumstances
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.


4. Change of Mind
As items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the 7-day cancellation period.
Please ensure all specifications, colours, and sizes are confirmed at the time of order.
